Alaska Wilderness fly fishing
Alaska holds enough adventure and excitement to keep even the most active visitors busy. A stay at a remote fly fishing lodge is the perfect way to experience wild Alaska in a way you won't soon forget.
Pristine mountains, ancient forests, glacier carved valleys, and crystal clear lakes, streams, ponds, and rivers compose the landscape. A diverse and exotic collection of wildlife surrounds you at Halibut Cove Lodge. Located across the Kachemak Bay from Homer, Halibut Cove is a serene little spot where the pressures of everyday life will melt away.
Accessible by only boat or floatplane, the lodge serves as a remote fly fishing lodge for visitors to Alaska and residents alike. Fly fishing opportunities in and around Kachemak Bay State Park abound, and are sure to keep you and your companions busy while fly fishing. We can take you to some of the most remote places in the state and set you up with the equipment you need to make your trip as successful as possible.
We would love to hear from you and answer any questions you have about planning a stay with us. We are by no means strictly a remote fly fishing lodge. We offer access to a wide variety of activities including whale watching tours, deep sea fishing charters, fly in fishing charters, heli-tours and flight-seeing trips, sea kayaking, mountain biking, and glacier tours. The opportunities are almost endless. We can go as far as your imagination will take us.
King Salmon are some of the most sought after fish on the planet. Capturing a King Salmon photo is a great way to prove just how grand your adventures really were when you get home!
