Kenai Peninsula Fishing Lodge
Halibut
Cove Lodge is located on the south-west corner of the Kenai Peninsula, host to one
of the greatest fishing grounds of North America. The Kenai Peninsula juts from south central
Alaska into the Gulf of Alaska, with Prince William Sound to the east and the waters of
Cook Inlet to the West. Halibut Cove Lodge's convenient location allows for quick access
to a variety of fishing adventures to be found across the Kenai's vast expanse.
Fishing charters are available from local guides who are ready to take you
to the remote locations where the fish are. Halibut fishing is popular all around the Kenai,
including Kachemak Bay, just outside Halibut Cove. Both Silver and King Salmon are sought
by anglers in the area as well as Ling cod and Rockfish. The Kenai Peninsula is threaded
with rivers that host Rainbow trout, Dolly Varden not to mention all five species of salmon.
Halibut Cove Lodge is an oasis of luxury and comfort, surrounded by the teeming fishing grounds
of Kachemak Bay, Cook Inlet and the Gulf of Alaska.
Halibut Cove Lodges' vacation rental cabins look out across the very waters
you'll be fishing on. The lodge provides not only a carefully crafted rugged luxury, but
immediate access to the stunning fishing available in Cook Inlet and around the Kenai Peninsula.
